What we collect, and what we do not.

Last changed 1 June 2026

What the form collects

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your business name if you give one, and your message. Those four fields are stored in a database table on the hosting account that runs this site.

There is also a hidden field that exists only to catch automated spam. It is empty for people, and anything filled in there is discarded without being read.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, and to keep a record of what was quoted so both sides can check it later. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to build an advertising profile.

We do not send marketing email. If you get a message from this domain that is not a reply to something you sent, tell us and we will look at it.

How long it stays

Enquiries that lead to a project are kept for as long as the project account is open, and then for three years for tax and warranty purposes. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after twelve months.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising pixel, no social embed, no cross-site tracker, and no third-party font or script being loaded from someone else's server. Page counting, when it is switched on for this domain, uses a counter that does not set cookies and does not identify visitors.

Your own site, if we build it

When we build a site for you, the visitor data belongs to you. That includes form submissions, database records, and any export. We hand it over at the end of the project and delete our working copy when you ask.

Getting your data removed

Email adam.zhfk@mewflyz.com with the address you used and we will delete the record and confirm by reply. You can also ask for a copy of what is held, which is a single row in a table.
