Scope comes first
Nothing starts until the scope is written down and you reply that it is correct. The scope lists the pages, the features, the revision rounds, and the date. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it begins.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. A static page is RM50 for the first page and RM30 for each page after that. A full website starts at RM350 and the final figure is agreed in the scope.
- Static pages: paid on delivery, before the files are placed on your hosting.
- Full builds: half on acceptance of the scope, half on handover.
- Add-ons and extra pages: invoiced when they are added to the scope.
- The care plan is RM30 a month, cancelled by message, no notice period.
Domain registration, hosting, and payment gateway fees are paid by you to those providers. We do not mark them up.
Revisions
Each build includes the number of revision rounds stated in the scope. A round is one collected set of changes, sent once. After the included rounds, further changes are quoted at an hourly rate agreed in advance.
Content is yours to supply
Text, photos, logos, and any trade marks you send must be yours to use. We do not check ownership or licensing of supplied material. If we supply photography or writing, those terms are stated in the scope.
Ownership and handover
On final payment you own the site: the source files, the database, and the design as delivered. The domain and hosting accounts are in your name from the start. We keep a working copy for warranty and maintenance purposes, and delete it on request.
What we do not promise
We do not promise search rankings or a volume of enquiries, because neither is in our control. We do not promise uptime for hosting that you pay for, though we will help you chase it. We do not promise that a build will still receive security updates after the PHP version it depends on is retired by your host.
If something goes wrong
Tell us and we fix it. A defect in something we built is corrected at no cost for thirty days after handover on a static page, and ninety days on a full build. Beyond that window, repairs are quoted. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question.
Which law applies
These terms follow Malaysian law, and any dispute is handled in Malaysia.
