A package page for each event type, an enquiry form that captures the date and guest count first, and a page the team edits on the day of an event.
Event enquiries are decided by two facts before anything else: is the date free and does the budget match. Everything else is a conversation.
What the build includes
Each event type gets a package page with what is included, what is not, and the starting price band. Corporate dinner enquiries and wedding enquiries ask different questions, so they get different forms rather than one long generic one.
The enquiry form asks for the date first, then guest count, then venue. If the date is already blocked, the form says so immediately and offers the nearest open weekend instead of collecting a dead enquiry.
The notice panel
On event day the team needs to publish a line about timing or parking without calling a developer. That panel is one field in the admin area and it shows on the front page within a minute.
