Tuition centre, Johor
A class timetable that parents can check on a phone, plus registration that writes into a database the centre can export at the end of the month.
A tuition centre answers the same question all week: which slot still has room. When that answer lives in one person’s phone, the parent waits and sometimes leaves.
What the build includes
The timetable is generated from one data file: level, subject, day, time, teacher, and the number of places left. Editing that file updates every page that shows the timetable, so nothing goes stale in three places at once.
Registration records the child’s level, the subject, and the preferred slot. The admin screen lists registrations newest first, with a search box and a CSV export the centre uses for invoicing at the start of each month.
The fees page
Fees, registration charge, material cost, and what happens on a missed class are on one page in plain sentences. Most arguments at a tuition counter start at a fee that was never written down.
