Construction and renovation

Renovation contractor, Selangor

A portfolio that shows finished work at a readable size, and a quote request form that asks for the measurements we actually need.

Renovation enquiries die in one place: the first message is “how much” and the answer needs measurements nobody has yet.

What the build includes

The gallery groups finished work by room, which is how people shop for a renovation. They look at kitchens, then bathrooms, then decide. Photos are compressed to load on a site visit with two bars of signal.

The quote form asks for room type, approximate size in feet, a budget band, and a target date. Not a single free text box. People answer multiple choice questions in the moment and abandon open questions, so the form collects what the estimator needs before the first call.

The cost guide

One page states price ranges per room with the assumptions written down: tile type, included labour, what counts as an extra. A published range filters out the enquiries that were never going to match.
